1. Assign the importer and register the drink
The Dubai-side business needs the appropriate food-trading permissions. Its Dubai Customs business registration provides a customs code. Agree who is the importer of record and who will submit declarations before booking freight. Customs registration
Food-item registration is a separate requirement. Federal food-safety law requires registration before trading. For an efficient manufacturer-to-importer handoff, prepare the full recipe, ingredient specifications, nutrition data, pack size, artwork, origin, shelf life and storage instructions. Treat this as a coordinated product file, not a claim that every field requires a separate government certificate.
2. Settle Arabic labeling before printing

Have the importer assess the actual package against the applicable product standards, including the food name, ingredients, allergens, nutrition, dates and storage wording. A juice, nectar or flavored drink must be described consistently with its formulation. Before printing, reconcile the Arabic text with the technical file and obtain the applicable assessment outcome.
